This project takes a bmp image and converts its pixels into a csv file containing the pixel’s x and y positions and the hexadecimal value of the pixel’s colour.

A legend.txt file can also be included in the same directory to use names instead of a hexadecimal value.

This project was made so I could easily create level layouts using bmp images.
